HOW TO FIND US:

If travelling down on the A30 - proceed to the village of Crowlas and take a right hand turn to Ludgvan, go through Ludgvan Churchtown and through the lanes to Castle Gate. Turn left then onto A3311, then right at Badgers Cross (tourist brown sign points you to Chysauster English Heritage site). We are exactly 2 miles from  turn off and are the first house in the hamlet of Bosulval on the right - the field gate bears the name - THE OLD BARN

If travelling from Penzance or St. Ives: proceed onto A3311 (back road Penzance to St Ives) at Badgers Cross turn (left if coming from Penzance and right if coming from St Ives) there is a tourist brown sign directing you to Chysauster English Heritage. We are exactly 2 miles from turn off and are the first house in the hamlet of Bosulval on the right - the field gate bears the name - THE OLD BARN  

We are 5 minutes from The Heliport Penzance; 10 minutes from Penzance (main line Rail Station & Scillonian ferry to the Isles of Scilly), 20 minutes from St. Ives, 30 minutes from Lands End International Airport &1 hour from Newquay Airport (regular flights from Stanstead & Gatwick)

Taxis are available and we can organise a pick-up if required. Buses run to and from Newmill which is 5 minutes walk from Bosulval. 

Footpaths run through the hamlet of Bosulval.  You are 10 minutes drive from The South West Coastal Path - 50 to 60 minutes walking time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS...Booking is easy just ring us on 01736 367742 and you will be able to secure your holiday by paying a 20% deposit and the remainder is then due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. For your convenience we can process card payments. Debit cards are free of charge and Credit Cards have a small 2% fee.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE (Cancellation & Curtailment Protection)...We strongly advise that you arrange holiday cover. Our prices do not include holiday insurance.   Neither the Deposit nor the Full payment once made will be returnable if through some unforeseen circumstance you are unable to take up your chosen holiday or it is curtailed. That said we will do all we reasonably can to sell your holiday and in the event that we do, the Deposit or Full Payment (as the case may be ) less £25 administration charge will be returned to you as soon as the “ reletting “ is confirmed.

YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION...Once we receive your intial payment or full payment (as the case may be) we will send your booking confirmation to you .The information will include the name and phone number of your holiday contact/s and will tell you by what date the remaining cost of your holiday must be paid.  On receipt of the balance of your payment you will receive travel directions etc.
