We will be able to take a card payment (debit cards are free and there is a small 2% fee payable for credit cards) on the telephone or alternatively, you can pay by cheque when we will hold your booking for 4 working days which should be sufficient time for your cheque to arrive. After that time the provisional booking will be released. 

The balance of your total holiday cost must be received no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date .

If you book within 8 weeks of your holiday we will require full payment.

LATE BOOKINGS

The full property rental should be paid in full when booking within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE (Cancellation and Curtailment Protection)

We strongly advise that you arrange holiday cover. Our prices do not include holiday insurance. Neither the Deposit nor the Full payment once made will be returnable if through some unforeseen circumstance you are unable to take up your chosen holiday or it is curtailed.That said we will do all we reasonably can to relet the week or short break you chose and in the event that we do the Deposit or Full Payment (as the case may be ) less £25 administration charge will be returned to you as soon as the “ reletting “ is confirmed.

YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once we receive your intial payment or full rental payment (as the case may be )we will send your booking confirmation to you .The information will include thethe name and phone number of your holiday contact and will tell you by what date the remaining cost of your holiday must be paid.On receipt of the balance of your payment you will receive travel directions to your holiday property and from whom and where you may collect the key.

CAR PARKING

In the case of the Newlyn cottage you should find on the kitchen room table of the property a Parking Permit which entitles you to park your car in St Peter Car Park in an allocated space.

In the case of the Mousehole cottage, parking is available in the harbour car parks and a large car park just before entering the village - all are within 2-3 minutes walk from The Netloft. 

PETS

We welcome ONE well behaved pet for the small additional charge of £20 which should be added to your rental. All we ask is that you respect these few simple, common sense requests:

  • Please keep your pets off the furniture
  • Please do not allow your pets to exercise/foul anywhere on the property.
  • Please remove pet hairs from the carpets before you leave.
  • Please don’t leave your pet unattended in the property.
  • Please do not allow your pet in the bedroom

SUITABILITY

Regretably, the properties are not accessible for wheelchair users.

LATE BOOKINGS

Providing the property is available, we can accept bookings within a few hours of your intended arrival,though in those circumstances we would ask that payment be made by debit or credit card if you book less than 2 weeks in advance.If the dates you want are available you can reserve your holiday immediately with a Debit or Credit Card payment of the deposit and , if you will be taking a pet with you, the additional sum of £16 per week or short break. If you pay by Credit Card we will pass on the charge made by the credit card company of up to 2% subject to a minimum charge of £2. There is no charge for payments by Debit Card.Holidays booked within 2 weeks of the start of your holiday must be paid in full—by Credit or Debit Card—at the time of booking.
